Darikey · Responsibility and approach
Who is behind Darikey?
Darikey is developed under the responsibility of Saïd Ibozrar, who runs SIBSEO. The project addresses a practical need: arranging tasks at a property when its owner lives elsewhere.
Rental operations, care for a home kept for personal use and one-off visits have different scopes. The location and tasks need assessment before any assignment is accepted.
A background in running service activities
Saïd Ibozrar’s background in managing service activities in Belgium informs the approach: define the request, coordinate the people involved and communicate what has been completed and what needs a decision.
His role and background are presented on SIBSEO’s website (in French). For Darikey, the responsibilities, people involved and available tasks are specified for each property.
Consulting and the coordination of people

Saïd Ibozrar also works as a digital visibility consultant at ETHADEX, a consulting firm in Brussels. This role involves helping businesses explain their activities and improve their visibility through search engine optimisation and generative search.

Siboz Group: people management and operational relationships
At Siboz Group, he manages and coordinates staff, tradespeople and subcontractors, and handles operational relationships with estate agencies and building property managers. This work connects the initial request, the people carrying out the service and the information needed to follow its progress.
Agreeing responsibilities, scheduling appointments, communicating instructions and following up completed work are part of that coordination. For Darikey, this experience informs how owners’ requests, authorised access and providers’ work are scoped.

What should be agreed before an assignment?
- The home and its use. Exact location, property type, occupancy dates and the tasks you need.
- People and access. Your contact, key holders, authorised recipients and accessible rooms.
- Tasks and timing. Accepted work, dates, frequency where relevant and conditions for changes.
- Costs and decisions. Darikey fees, outside providers, travel and purchases, with the spending permissions you retain.
- The update. Observations, useful photographs, completed actions and decisions awaiting your approval.
Explain what relatives or existing providers already do so the assignment can complement that arrangement.
Before you accept a proposal
Identify the company issuing the proposal, the contracting party, the invoice issuer and who will carry out the accepted tasks. Confirm access arrangements, costs, your approvals and how to contact the person coordinating the assignment.
Darikey is operated by Sibseo (Belgium), Square de Meeûs 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, VAT BE 0716.831.582. Details relevant to your assignment should be stated in the proposal.
Information that helps you decide
The agreed update should distinguish visible observations, work completed, access limitations and the next decision needed. A visual observation does not replace a specialist’s technical diagnosis.
Information about tourist accommodation is supported by the official resources cited on the relevant country or service page. The rules and requirements for the individual property must be verified before offering it for rent.
