Include the property's city and neighbourhood in your enquiry. Whether the requested services can be arranged must be confirmed before any commitment.
How do you use your home?
Rental management, property care or a one-off visit
Use these starting points to choose a service. The local pages explain the operations and their specific scope.
You rent the property out
You want to delegate some or all of the work: preparing the property, listings and booking platforms, guest communication, cleaning or coordination. Airbnb and Booking.com are possible booking channels; rental support is one part of Darikey's offer.
A second home, an apartment left empty for part of the year or a place for your visits may need agreed checks while you are away, even if you never rent it out.
A key handover, access for a tradesperson, a delivery or a photographic record of visible conditions may only require a clearly defined one-off assignment, subject to acceptance.
What should you check before offering tourist accommodation?
Identify how the property will be used and the category it falls under before offering it for rent. Check the applicable requirements with the relevant local authority. Moroccan Ministry of Tourism: tourist accommodation (in French).
This official resource provides a starting point; it does not establish that a particular home is authorised to operate.

Explain your needs from wherever you live
Your home may have different uses throughout the year: occupied by you, left empty or offered for rent. Specify the periods involved and the tasks you want to continue handling yourself.
The first conversation helps define what you need. You choose the level of support, the instructions and the decisions you retain; full management is not a requirement.
Which decisions do you want to keep under your control?
A clearly agreed scope
Authorised access, key handling where included and any spending limits are agreed with you. You receive an update on what was observed or completed, with photographs where useful.
Specialist services are distinct from Darikey's presence or coordination. A visual observation does not establish the cause of a fault or replace a technical inspection.
What information should I prepare before delegating?
Gather the address, entry arrangements, current use, preferred dates and tasks to delegate. Identify key holders and authorised people. Any supporting documents needed for the assignment should be agreed during scoping and sent only through the agreed channel.
How do I separate management fees, cleaning and repairs?
Request a proposal separating Darikey services, outside providers and purchases for the home. Clarify frequency, options and travel. Agree a limit for variable spending and the items that require your approval.
How can a visit be arranged if a relative holds the keys?
Name the key holder, authorised recipient and proposed appointment. Agree when the keys should be returned and what happens if they are unavailable. Extra copies or onward handovers require your permission.
A clear scope before you delegate
Location, tasks, authorised access, spending permissions and the update you expect: these points define the assignment. Frequency and timing are confirmed for your property.
Can I enquire about a home in Marrakech, Tangier, Rabat, Agadir or Dakhla?
Yes. Tell us the location and what you need. Whether the work can be arranged must be confirmed before any commitment.
Can I enquire if I live abroad?
Yes. This process is intended for Moroccans living abroad, expatriates and other owners who are away from their property. Include its city, how it is used, your contact details and the tasks you want to delegate.
Do I have to rent out my home to contact Darikey?
No. A home you do not rent out may still need agreed checks while you are away or a one-off visit. Rental management is a separate need; the three starting points are explained above.
How are the service and its cost agreed?
The scope depends on the property, location, frequency and tasks. Darikey's fees, outside professionals' charges and property expenses remain separate. The proposal must specify the scope and costs before work is agreed.
Where is your property, and how do you use it?
Tell us its city, neighbourhood, property type and the support you need so we can begin assessing your request. You can also describe your expected dates and how the home is used.
