Rental management and guest arrivals
The rental management page explains the operations and the decisions you can retain.
Three types of local property support
Own an apartment, house or second home in Casablanca? The right service depends on what you want to delegate: running a rental, looking after a home while you are away or arranging a single task on site.
Compare the scopes below before telling us about your property. Availability and the accepted tasks must be confirmed for your home.

Choose the right scope
| Your situation | What you delegate | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| I rent out my property | Listings and platforms within your delegation, guest communication, access, cleaning coordination and tasks between stays. | Rental management |
| I want my home checked while I am away | Agreed visits, visual observations, useful photographs, updates and coordination according to your instructions. | Property care |
| I need one specific task completed | Keys, a one-off visit, access for a tradesperson, a delivery or an agreed visual check after work. | One-off services |
The rental management page explains the operations and the decisions you can retain.
The property care page describes visits, reporting and what happens when a visible issue is found.
The one-off services page explains how to agree the task and its expected outcome.
Your property in Casablanca
Maârif, Gauthier, Racine, Anfa, Bourgogne or Aïn Diab: tell us the neighbourhood and the property's characteristics. The location and access arrangements are assessed to establish what can be organised.
Casablanca Finance City (CFC) is within the Casa Anfa district. For a studio or apartment in CFC, around Anfa Park or in Oasis, specify the residence, building, access and equipment included in your request. Preparing a short-term rental, handing over keys or admitting a contractor must follow the instructions for your building.
For a home in these areas, explain whether you need guest management, care between periods of occupation or a one-off task. You can keep your listings and selected decisions while requesting local help with access, cleaning coordination or agreed visual checks.
An apartment, house or villa: the area name alone does not establish what is needed. Identify the rooms, terraces, gardens or equipment concerned, the areas that must remain private and the dates you want to use the home. A property you do not rent out may still need care while you are away.
Dar Bouazza and the Tamaris area, as well as Bouskoura and developments such as Casa Green Town, should be distinguished from neighbourhoods within Casablanca itself. Give the exact location and property type, particularly for a second home, furnished rental or preparation before a stay.
Possible arrangements in these surrounding locations, travel and any additional charges must be assessed separately. Mentioning them does not confirm extended coverage. Specify access to shared areas, pools or other facilities when relevant; these are not automatically included.
For location context, see CDG Développement’s Casa Anfa project page — French. It describes the district, not Darikey service coverage.
Specify the tasks, authorised people and decisions you retain. Where keys are entrusted, their receipt, use and return must be traceable within the agreed arrangements.
Decision-making authority and any spending limit are agreed with you. You are informed of observations and completed actions. If a specialist is needed, their work and the property's expenses remain separate from Darikey's service.
| Your need | Organisation | What must be agreed |
|---|---|---|
| Rental management | Operations connected with the bookings and stays you delegate | Platforms, pricing decisions, access, expenses and separate charges |
| Property care | Subscription with three visual check visits per month | Points to observe, instructions and any additional services; the proposal confirms the applicable terms |
| One-off task | One defined action without an ongoing service requirement | Appointment, permissions, expected outcome and access conditions |
The proposal must distinguish Darikey's fees, outside professionals' services and property expenses. The scope and conditions of acceptance are agreed before any commitment. The three-visit arrangement described here applies to the Casablanca offer; the proposal confirms its terms.
Property care covers agreed recurring checks while the owner is away. If you only need one visit or a defined action, a one-off service may be enough.
Your level of delegation is agreed with you. Rental management can cover selected operations rather than the entire rental process. Explain what you already handle and which tasks you want to delegate.
Yes. The property type, access and equipment are assessed in your request. Specify the residence's restrictions, authorised people and instructions particular to your home.
Darikey can coordinate tasks and access within the agreed scope. Specialist work remains with the relevant professionals. Their services and property expenses are separate from Darikey's service; cleaning arrangements must also be specified in the proposal.
Describe your situation. If you are unsure which service fits, simply explain what you need someone to organise on site.
