I want to delegate rental tasks
Listings, platforms, bookings, guests, preparation and access: specify what to delegate and what you already handle.
Rental and guest management ↓Owner living elsewhere · Marrakech
Your apartment welcomes guests, your riad needs preparing before an arrival or your villa is empty between visits. You can make decisions from abroad; opening, checking and preparing the home require someone on site.
Darikey helps define the tasks you want to delegate: rental management, property care without rental or a one-off visit. You retain control of access, permissions and spending.
Tell us about your property: we assess possible arrangements according to its location and your needs. This page does not confirm a local team, availability or an intervention date in Marrakech.

The right scope depends on how you use the property, not just its address. You may want to rent it out while keeping pricing decisions, reserve it for your own stays or request a single task.
Listings, platforms, bookings, guests, preparation and access: specify what to delegate and what you already handle.
Rental and guest management ↓An empty home or second residence may need visual observations, useful photographs and preparation before your return.
Property care while away ↓Keys, a tradesperson, delivery or visual check after work may only need a defined one-off assignment.
One-off attendance ↓Give the neighbourhood or area and practical access details. Guéliz, Hivernage, Medina, Agdal, Targa, Victor Hugo, the Palmeraie or Amelkis are location references, not automatically confirmed service areas.
For an apartment, specify the residence, building, floor and entry rules. A lift, parking, keys and any caretaker affect arrival preparation and provider access. These conditions cannot be assumed from the neighbourhood name.
Give a meeting point, route and drop-off or delivery arrangements for a medina address. Identify the parts of the riad concerned: bedrooms, courtyard, floors or terrace. These details need checking for the actual property.
For an apartment, house or villa, include any residence name, shared or separate entrances and areas that must remain private. Apartment cleaning and preparing a house with outside space need different scopes.
Specify the entrance, permissions and equipment concerned. A pool, garden or technical room is not automatically included; specialist maintenance must be defined separately.
If the property is described by an axis such as the Ourika road or Fez road, also state its municipality, residence and a precise reference point. A road name does not establish the address or travel cost. Feasibility and charges must be assessed for the location.
For neighbourhood context, see the official tourism guide: Guéliz and the Palmeraie — French . These resources describe the destination, not Darikey coverage.
Entry arrangements must follow the building's instructions. Specify authorised people, keys, available equipment and shared spaces whose use is actually permitted.
Describe the rooms entrusted, levels, terrace access and private areas. If people already work in the home, explain their roles and what you want to keep. Coordination does not automatically mean taking over the entire operation.
Identify any garden, terrace, pool or outbuildings individually. Distinguish attendance to admit a specialist, visible observations and the specialist's own maintenance or diagnosis.

Looking for Airbnb management in Marrakech or help with Booking.com? Start with the tasks you need. Nightly rentals, holiday stays and longer occupation may need different arrangements; Airbnb and Booking.com remain possible channels.
Tasks to assess include presentation, listings, availability, bookings and guest communication. Specify whether you retain approval of stays, pricing decisions or platform accounts.
Keys, arrivals, departures, cleaning and linen must fit the calendar. Define expected preparation, equipment to observe and what should happen when an issue is reported.
Dates reserved for you or your family must be distinguished from rental availability. Preparation before your arrival can also be requested.
The ability to let the property and applicable conditions must be checked before arrangements begin. No income, occupancy rate or local commission is promised here.

Property care concerns agreed points to observe while you are away. It may cover an occasional residence, second home or family property. Give the last occupation, authorised access and desired visit frequency.
Visible room conditions, apparent marks, a door or window and useful photos: keep the scope specific. Identify inaccessible areas and equipment that must not be operated.
A photograph or visible observation is not technical diagnosis. An appropriate professional may need to identify a cause and propose work. A visit does not provide permanent surveillance.
The scope, number of visits and fees must be agreed for Marrakech.

Already chosen a professional but nobody can let them in? Need keys passed to an authorised person or an item received for the home? State the task, time slot and expected outcome.
Waiting, a missed appointment, failed access or an extra visit: conditions and charges must be agreed beforehand. The professional remains responsible for diagnosis, quotation and work.

Give your expected date, occupants and preparations: visible observations, cleaning, beds or a delivery. Explain what relatives or existing providers already handle.
If the home was rented, give the previous departure and available preparation time. If it has been empty, identify known points to observe before other tasks are planned.
Accepted tasks and the time slot must be confirmed. Preparation is not a guarantee that all equipment will remain fault-free during your stay.

Authorised people, areas, tasks and expenses requiring approval. No purchase limit is assumed.
Any proposal should identify coordination, travel, cleaning, linen, purchases and specialist services separately.
Visit date, points observed, actions completed, limits encountered and a decision needed from you. Photographs support the update where useful.
Report template to agree: requested point → accessible item → visible observation → useful photo → authorised action → owner's decision. This template is not a record of a completed Marrakech assignment.
Yes. Describe the property, access, equipment and tasks. Its configuration must be assessed before the scope and possible arrangements can be confirmed.
Explain what they already handle and the tasks you want to add. Roles, access and coordination must be agreed with the people concerned.
No. Describe them if present and relevant. Visual observations, access for a contractor and specialist maintenance are separate scopes.
Yes. Give the exact municipality and location. A development or road name does not confirm coverage or travel charges.

We assess possible arrangements according to the location and your needs. Explain what is already organised and what is missing on site.
