My stay or a family visit
Arrival date, access, available linen and expected preparation.

You want to enjoy your Hammamet apartment or villa, welcome relatives and perhaps rent it at other times. First distinguish dates kept for you, dates offered to guests and periods when the home stays closed.
Darikey assesses rental management, care while away and one-off tasks. A workable calendar must also account for keys, cleaning and the preparation time that can actually be arranged.
Tell us about your property: we assess possible arrangements according to its location and your needs. Operating partners in Tunisia remain to be selected; this page confirms no local team, availability or intervention date.

Put your personal dates in the calendar before offering rental availability. For each period, identify occupants, who opens and what needs preparing.

Explore this need ↓Give the area and actual municipality, then the residence or street. These names help qualify enquiries; they do not confirm availability or travel.
Describe the entrance and route into the home. A street, shared passage or several floors may affect keys and equipment deliveries; the actual conditions need checking.
Include residence and precise reference point. Hammamet in a listing is insufficient: retain the municipality in the address, especially towards Nabeul. State building, floor and entry arrangements.
Distinguish area, residence and entrusted parts. A nearby marina or hotel does not replace an address or instructions. Request terrace preparation or gardener access separately.
Nabeul is a separate destination. Name it in the form if relevant; neighbouring municipalities are not automatically within a service radius.
Location references: Hammamet and Yasmine Hammamet location guide — Tunisian National Tourist Office ; Nabeul governorate municipalities — French. These resources describe locations, not Darikey partners or coverage.
Your ticket date does not confirm preparation. Give last occupation, number of occupants and expected tasks: cleaning coordination, beds, visible observations in accessible rooms or receiving a purchase for the home.
If it has been empty, identify known points to observe first. If occupied recently, give the previous departure and available time. A closed room or unchecked item must remain clearly identified.
Tasks, time slot and providers need agreement. Linen, consumables and purchases are not assumed included; preparation cannot guarantee a fault-free stay.

You can rent selected periods and keep other dates. Explain what may be offered to guests and who approves prices and bookings.
Property presentation, Airbnb, Booking.com or other listings, calendars, reservations and messages: identify entrusted tasks. Connect them with arrivals, departures, keys, cleaning, linen and incident reporting. You may retain your accounts or existing cleaner.
Define who records visible points after departure and who approves any extra action. Closely spaced bookings do not make preparation feasible by themselves.
Feasibility and applicable rental conditions need checking first. No income, occupancy or local commission is stated; cleaning, linen, travel and technical work need separate cost lines.

A family-only home can still be the subject of a care enquiry. Describe rooms and visible openings to observe, desired frequency and the update expected.
Instructions should cover key return and equipment that must not be operated. A visit is neither permanent surveillance nor diagnosis of the building. A specialist assesses the cause of a mark or fault.
Frequency, access and fees must be agreed for Hammamet; no monthly visit number applies by default.

Already organised and only need someone to open? Give key holder, authorised recipient, date and accessible rooms. Distinguish diagnostic entry from permission to carry out work.
For a delivery, identify item and intended position; specialist installation needs a separate scope. Photographs after work describe agreed visible points, without technical acceptance.
Waiting, absence, failed access and repeat visits require agreed conditions and fees. The professional remains responsible for quotation and work.

Report content to agree before a visit
Visit date → occupation period → observed and inaccessible points → preparation completed → keys transferred or collected → useful photos → owner's outstanding decision.
A proposal should define scope, reporting format, access, providers, fees and separate charges. Purchases require agreed authorisation; no spending limit is assumed.

Yes. Give dates to retain and who approves changes. Preparation tasks must then be assessed against the time actually available.
No. Enquire about preparation, care during closure or a single task. Continuous letting is not required.
No. Give municipality, residence and needs. Partners remain to be selected and no local coverage is confirmed.
Describe what is already organised and what needs someone at the home. For this first enquiry, give the area without access codes or identity documents.
